4373 Fashion Lane

Well, let’s start by saying good morning. How are you doing? I hope you’re having a wonderful Saturday. Today is Saturday, December 28, 2024. The time is now 8:23 in the morning. I am sitting outside of the nail salon in a now sunny, but damp, New Orleans, Louisiana. I am waiting for the nail salon to open in uptown New Orleans.

I normally frequent the nail salon called Cindy’s Nails, in New Orleans. It’s on the corner of S. Carrollton Ave. and Freret Street., and let me tell you something, I have been watching all of our older white citizens walk their dogs. However, I do not see any poop bags in their hands. This one gentleman looks like he has a poop bag to clean up behind his pets, but I doubt it. He does have like one of those little black-and-white wiener dogs, which I think it’s so cute.

This other lady had an another little dog. It looked malnourished. She needs to feed that poor little dog more often. She was outside, in her flip-flops, 🩴 with her ankle, leg and her chest tattoos. Her hair was jet black and I can just imagine the stories she could tell us about growing up and hanging out on Bourbon Street.

She probably works at a tattoo salon. I bet she probably tattooed a lot of famous people. I’m just thinking out loud here. I do not know OK but this post is for the story. I just saw on TikTok about the young lady.

I’m gonna call her young, who was at the chipotle restaurant in Washington DC. She walked behind the counter and decided that she was going to serve herself. That’s a sign of mental illness because a normal person would not take such extreme measures at a chipotle. Now, if you know Ruth Chris, I may go behind in the kitchen and just go through the refrigerator and try to get some food out of there at Ruth Chris because they probably have a lot of hidden gems 😂

I digress! Let’s just say if you are a current employee of a restaurant or a fast food restaurant and somebody comes behind the counter, please for the love of all things in heaven do not try to stop these people from getting food. You just step away, out of harms way. The young man on the video that I’m gonna show you, he was trying to get the food and other employees were trying to get the food from the lady. However, that lady is bigger than you all.

You don’t have the body mass index to stop this lady. She has hot food in her hand, plus the spoons & you never know what someone in that mental state would do. So! What happens when you see someone crash out? You immediately step away from the crash outer. You go & find yourself a safe place.

If it’s not dangerous, wait it out until they leave, or if it’s a safety issue, call the police. But, for all things important, please do not put yourself in harms way please! If you’re a part of a union what’s the first thing they tell you if an attack or something happens: get out of the way! So! that’s what we’re gonna tell you! You stop trying to prevent people from crashing out because you’re just an employee. If something happens to you what is your job going to do? Answer? They’re gonna hire someone else! Bye. 😘
