Working out 

Ok! Here we go! I decided to go back to my old stomping ground. I was not very active and due to a work injury, I was in a bad place. To help combat that, I began drinking Apple Cider Vinegar and Water. Nothing else, but those two to manage my cravings and burn some of this belly fat. Yes Dolls, your main Doll has a lot of belly fat. Last year, I lost 25lbs on the Apple Cider Vinegar & Water regime. 

So far, I have lost about 6lbs. I messed up last night by eating macaroni and cheese from KFC. I will make it up though 😇👈🏽😎 The main thing is to drink lots of water and eat healthy! Here’s to 25lbs lighter🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
