There was a lot of build up on the blogs about this item. I watch some videos on YouTube about glow kits breaking, coming damaged, etc. I do not know if these people are telling the truth or not. However, I can with 100 percent certainty report that my glow kit came in perfect condition. No issues, not broken highlighters, nothing! See for yourselves 🙂
